Thanks for ur response, i have couple of questions about your code.
I copied ur first code to a button in a form A and and try to create new document it did open form B in dialog box but for some reason its not inheriting the values from form A.
Yours second code for editing/deleteing..
I am getting an error at
"Set docs = Source.Documents" its giving "Not a memeber: Documents"
